Peanut Butter Muffins That the Whole Family Will Love

I struggle with finding healthy treats that my kids like. Does anyone else have this problem? Don’t get me wrong, my kids love sweets – cupcakes, cookies, cake, all of it! But it’s hard to find a balance of sweet and healthy. These muffins are the perfect medium! They are so so yummy, taste just like a regular muffin, but they’re good for you!

Peanut Butter Muffins Recipe:

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp IsaLean Creamy French Vanilla Shake

  • 1 large ripe banana

  • 1 large egg at room temperature

  • ½ cup organic peanut butter

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/8 tsp salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and coat the bottom of your muffin pan with baking spray and flour

  2. In a bowl, unwrap the banana and mash with a spoon until smooth

  3. Add the egg and repeat stirring

  4. Next, add the peanut butter and blend the ingredients until equally smooth

  5. Finally, add the rest of the ingredients and bake for 14-16 minutes or until golden brown

  6. Let cool, then serve and enjoy!

My kids love them and can’t even tell the difference between these and normal muffins. Tyler and I also love them. Try them out and let me know what you think!

Happy eating!
