This Bath Will Change Your Life!
Are you stressed and tired when you get home from work? Do you feel like all you want to do is just relax? Are you starting to feel a little sick with fall quickly approaching? If so, try out this amazing bath to de-stress and flush out icky toxins to have you feeling your best!
Here’s a quick tip!
Once a week for 20 minutes, sit in a hot bath that contains a handful of Epsom salt or sea salts, 10 drops of lavender essential oil and ½ cup of baking soda! This combo has many incredible benefits including:
- Drawing out toxins
- Get all of those yucky toxins out of your body! If you feel sick or sluggish, getting all of those out will immediately help you feel a lot better!
- Lowering stress-related hormones and balancing out your pH levels
- By lowering those hormones, you will be able to relax and lower your stress!
- Relieving pain and muscle cramps
- Do you ever feel like your neck and back are sore from a long day at work? This bath will help relieve some of that pain. Your muscles will also relax, helping you to fall asleep faster and sleep more soundly.
- Helping nerves function properly
- This one goes along with the one above. If your nerves are working the way they should, you will be able to feel less tense and have a clear mind.
